Measurement chain

Based on drawings, specifications or existing parts, our engineers develop innovative measurement solutions, integrating sensors, signal processing systems and acquisition chains.

Our expertise covers a wide range of measurements: force, pressure, temperature, stress, vibration, etc., with a strong ability to adapt to standards and industry requirements (DO-160, ISO/TS, etc.).

Metrology

To guarantee the conformity and reliability of our products, we offer calibration and inspection of complete measurement chains in our COFRAC-accredited testing and metrology laboratory, in accordance with the strictest industrial standards.

  • Climatic testing: extreme temperatures (-100°C to +1000°C), humidity, thermal cycling,
  • Force benches up to 50 tons and pressure benches from 1 to 2000 bar,
  • Mechanical fatigue tests up to 5 million cycles,
  • Corrosion tests, accelerated ageing, salt spray,
  • Multi-axis shock, acceleration and vibration tests,

We comply with numerous standards such as AMS 2750, DO 160F, MIL 810F, MIL STD. Each sensor is manufactured and tested in-house, and all are tested under real-life conditions. We draw up conformity matrices on receipt of study requests.
